Both visits were a comfortable and pleasant shopping experiences, the staff were both knowledgeable and helpful without being pushy or rushing you. They were very accommodating with delivery went way above and beyond. communication was clear and prompt. As someone who values quality, a fair price and utilizing the circular economy, i periodically check the website for new items. 10/10 will shop again

I’ve been in the market for a standing desk for a while, and Fresh Start Furniture had a great selection to buy second hand. They also delivered within the day, which was a great bonus. Whenever we have more furniture needs, we will be coming back to look.

Awesome furniture spot! Originally I walked in to check out another couch I had seen they posted on fb marketplace and instead landed on a sectional they hadn’t yet posted to the site. One of the cushions got lost in transit and they had to remake it, and did a solid job there. Zach was super helpful and ended up delivering the couch himself the same day I bought it, inside setup, not just to the door! Very reasonable prices, plus it sounds like their floor changes over every week, so definitely worth going in person to check out what they got, including stuff that may not be on their website just yet!

Great! Zach was very helpful. Had some issues finding legit sellers on FB and Craigslist. Felt a lot more safe coming into the store, items were good quality and fair pricing. Plus can’t beat delivery! They will help you get it inside, not just doorstep! Thank you again :)

Amazing experience! Zach was super helpful and friendly and I found the perfect couch for a great price. They had so many good options in the store. Zach even personally delivered my couch a few hours later to ensure I got my same-day delivery. It has been tricky trying to line up Marketplace furniture and retrieve it without a truck and these guys totally made it easy. Highly recommend!

Talk about efficient!! I just moved from Rhode Island to Texas alone with my 17 month old baby. I got rid of all of our furniture back home aside from my bed to make the moving cost cheaper. I saw a post on Facebook for this place and couldn’t believe the price of the couches. So I walked in same day, got a sleeper couch for even cheaper than the tag said & they literally delivered within hours! Quality, customer service, communication, delivery all on point. Let me tell you, these guys are absolute professionals. Might be a new shop but I think you’d be hard pressed to find owners that care more for their customers.

I will say you should do them the courtesy of coming down to physically check out the furniture and chat with them. They’ll do more than sell you a couch, they’ll you get into the right piece for your home.
