Shipping Policy

At Fresh Start Furniture, we offer both refurbished and brand new furniture. Our shipping policy varies depending on the type of item purchased:

🛋 Refurbished Items — Local Delivery or Pickup Only

Refurbished items are only available for local delivery or in-store pickup.

  • After purchase, you must schedule a delivery or pickup time within 72 hours (3 days).

  • If no appointment is scheduled within that time, your order will be automatically canceled and refunded, and the item will be returned to inventory.

  • No returns or refunds are offered once a refurbished item has been delivered or picked up.

  • We encourage customers to visit the store in person before purchasing. If ordering online, detailed photos will be provided to show any cosmetic flaws or wear.

📦 New Items — Nationwide Shipping Available

Brand new items are eligible for nationwide shipping.

  • Shipping rates and estimated delivery times will be calculated at checkout based on your location.

  • All new items ship in original packaging and are subject to standard return policies (see our Return Policy for details).

  • You will receive tracking information once your item ships.

  • Products will be shipped within 7-14 days of order date.
