Shipping & Delivery Policy

Fresh Start Furniture currently offers local delivery and in-store pickup only. We do not offer nationwide shipping at this time.

🛋 Local Delivery

We offer two delivery options within 20 miles of our store at 1915 Kramer Ln, Austin, TX 78758.

Curbside Drop-Off — $75

We deliver your items to the entry point closest to your unit:

  • Houses: your doorstep.
  • Apartments and condos: the ground-floor hallway, building entrance, or mail room — whichever is closest to your unit.

With this option, our team does not carry items into your unit, up stairs, or assemble them.

White Glove Delivery — $150

Our team brings your items inside, assembles anything that requires assembly, and sets everything up where you want it.

Rates and Service Area

  • Both rates are flat for standard orders, regardless of item size.
  • Bulk orders — multiple large items, such as furnishing an entire home or office — are quoted individually, and rates may vary. Contact us for a quote.
  • For addresses outside of 20 miles, rates may vary — we partner with trusted local moving companies to complete these deliveries.
  • Same-day delivery is available on in-stock items ordered before 3:00 PM. Orders placed after 3:00 PM are delivered the next day. Same-day availability also depends on current inventory and route capacity, so we recommend calling ahead to confirm.

📅 Scheduling Your Delivery or Pickup

  • For online orders, you'll receive a scheduling link immediately after checkout.
  • Please schedule your delivery or pickup within 72 hours (3 days) of purchase. Orders not scheduled within 72 hours may be canceled and fully refunded, and the item returned to inventory.

🏬 In-Store Pickup

  • Free pickup is available at our store: 1915 Kramer Ln, Austin, TX 78758. There is no delivery charge on pickup orders. Showroom hours are Monday through Friday 11:00 AM to 7:00 PM, and Saturday and Sunday 11:00 AM to 6:00 PM.

✨ About Our Furniture

All of our furniture is pre-owned (used). Items arrive as lightly-used pieces and are fully restored in-house by our professionally trained staff — inspected, frames checked, repaired, touched up, hardware tightened, steam cleaned, and sanitized before going up for sale. Every item includes a 30-day warranty. We encourage customers to visit the store in person before purchasing — and for online orders, detailed photos are provided showing any cosmetic character or wear.
