Shipping & Delivery Policy
Fresh Start Furniture currently offers local delivery and in-store pickup only. We do not offer nationwide shipping at this time.
🛋 Local Delivery
- Delivery is a flat $75 within 20 miles of our store at 1915 Kramer Ln, Austin, TX 78758. This rate is the same regardless of item size or how many pieces are on the order.
- For orders outside of 20 miles, rates may vary — we partner with trusted local moving companies to complete these deliveries.
- Same-day delivery is available on in-stock items ordered before 3:00 PM. Orders placed after 3:00 PM are delivered the next day. Same-day availability also depends on current inventory and route capacity, so we recommend calling ahead to confirm.
- After purchase, please schedule your delivery time within 72 hours (3 days). We may cancel and fully refund unscheduled orders after 3 days, and the item will be returned to inventory.
🏬 In-Store Pickup
- Free pickup is available at our store: 1915 Kramer Ln, Austin, TX 78758. There is no delivery charge on pickup orders. Showroom hours are Monday through Friday 11:00 AM to 7:00 PM, and Saturday and Sunday 11:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
- Please schedule your pickup time within 72 hours (3 days) of purchase.
✨ About Our Refurbished Furniture
Refurbished items enter our store as lightly-used pieces, where our professionally trained staff fully restore them in-house: every item is repaired, touched up, hardware tightened, cleaned, and sanitized before it goes up for sale. All refurbished items include a 30-day warranty. We encourage customers to visit the store in person before purchasing — and for online orders, detailed photos are provided showing any cosmetic character or wear.
