Founded in Austin in 2025, Fresh Start Furniture is North Austin's home for new, open-box, and expertly refurbished name-brand furniture at a fraction of retail. You'll find our showroom at 1915 Kramer Lane, between Metric Blvd and North Lamar, just minutes from The Domain and Q2 Stadium at the north end of Austin's unofficial furniture row.
We're a different kind of furniture store. Every refurbished piece that hits our floor is inspected, deep-cleaned, and restored by our in-house team, so you get like-new quality from brands like Ashley Furniture, Herman Miller, Interior Define, Flexsteel, Living Spaces, and Walker Edison, typically at 50-70% off original retail. Alongside refurbished inventory we carry brand-new Ashley pieces, mattresses and adjustable bases, and one of the largest selections of quality office furniture in Austin, including sit-stand desks and ergonomic task chairs for home offices and full commercial build-outs. New inventory arrives daily, so no two visits look the same.
What really sets us apart is what happens after you buy. Our own delivery team, not a third-party carrier, offers same-day delivery across the Austin metro on in-store purchases. We offer local delivery and in-store pickup only — we do not offer nationwide shipping. Prefer to grab it yourself? Everything on our website is in stock at the showroom right now, so you can buy online and pick up in store the same day. No freight waits, no backorders. Need flexible payments? We offer lease-to-own financing through Snap Finance, with approvals up to $5,000 regardless of credit history. And we're the only store in town where your old furniture is worth money: bring us photos or schedule a pickup, and we'll pay cash or store credit for your used furniture. Trade in the old couch and walk out with something better the same day.
